Course Overview

Industrial Rope Access is recognized worldwide as the safest and most efficient access method for working at heights. The Rope Access Industrial – Level Basic course at Iron Land is designed to provide students with a solid foundation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills required for entry-level technicians or workers aiming to align with global safety standards.
4-DAY SYLLABUS:
• Day 1: Safety theory, introduction & inspection of personal protective equipment (PPE), basic rigging knots, and basic vertical maneuvers (ascending & descending).
• Day 2: Advanced rope access maneuvers: Rope transfers, passing knots (knot bypass), rebelays, and deviations.
• Day 3: Basic self-rescue, partner rescue drills (evacuating a suspended partner), and comprehensive mock review.
• Day 4: Final assessment (theoretical & practical test) on the mock tower and certification.

Prerequisites

To register for this course, students must meet the following entry requirements:
• Age: Must be 18 years old or older.
• Fitness: Fit for work at height, physically capable, and must provide a medical fitness clearance certificate.
• Psychological: No fear of heights (acrophobia) or active cardiovascular disorders.
• Attitude: Willingness to strictly adhere to safety regulations and instructor directions at the training facility.

All cancellations must be made in writing to contact@ironland.vn. Registrations cancelled prior to 15 days before the start of the course are not subject to a cancellation fee. Registrations canceled 14 to 8 days before the start of the course shall be charged 50% of the course fee. Cancellations 7 or fewer days before the start date of the course will be charged the full course fee.
